Confirmation of Enrollment
If you have not yet done so , return your confirmation of enrollment form which was included in your acceptance packet mailed to you by Felician, along with your non-refundable tuition deposit. This will secure your place in our entering class. Checks should be made payable to Felician College. If you have lost or misplaced your form please download the form below.
On-campus housing is available for students interested in residing on-campus while they complete their degree programs. To apply for housing, please fill out and submit the application for housing form.
About Student Health Requirements:
There are certain health criteria that are mandated by both the New Jersey State Department of Health and Felician College policy. These regulations are dependent upon student age and declared major. Students are advised to consult the health form for specific directions. Any student who withdraws or takes a leave of absence for medical reasons is required to submit a new physical form to the Student Wellness Center upon returning to classes.
As a prerequisite to enrollment, all students are required to submit a current health form. The Felician College Health Form is the only one accepted and is available at the Student Wellness Center on the Rutherford campus or it may be printed from this web site.
The health form must be received by the Student Wellness Center prior to beginning classes and/or moving into the Residence Halls.
It is mandatory that all students complete this health form, attach all relevant documentation as directed, and return it to the Student Wellness Center before registration.

A degree-seeking student who was enrolled at Felician College and withdrew must reapply for admission. A special application form is available in the Office of Admission. In order to complete the process, applicants for readmission must submit the following:
- A completed application for readmission with a non-refundable $30.00 application fee.
- Official transcripts of any college-level work attempted since withdrawing from Felician College.
Readmission decisions are made by the appropriate Dean of the Division. Students are notified of the decision by letter.
